Return & Refund Policy

At Autumn Fashion Corner, we believe in crafting timeless fashion pieces that bring joy and confidence to your wardrobe. We take pride in our quality and service, but we also understand that sometimes, things may not work out as planned. In such cases, we’re here to assist you with a smooth and fair return process.

General Return & Exchange Guidelines

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged only if the item is defective, subject to availability.
Items eligible for exchange can be exchanged only once per item.
Accessories, undergarments, knitwear, socks, caps, and white-colored items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and quality control reasons.
No cash refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit for future purchases.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store must be exchanged within 48 hours of the official receipt date.
The original receipt must be presented at the time of exchange.
No exchanges for size or color on discounted or promotional items.
No cash refunds will be provided for any in-store purchases.

Online Purchases

If you wish to return or exchange an online order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached and in new condition.
Customers must provide a clear shipment receipt when sending return packages.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to 15 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit.
If the replacement item costs more, the customer is responsible for the price difference. If it costs less, no refund of the difference will be provided.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until we receive them.

Faulty / Incorrect / Missing Items

If you've received the wrong item, or your item is defective or missing, please reach out to us with photo proof within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will cover return shipping for incorrect or faulty items and send you a replacement where stock is available.
